Return and Refund Policy – KDIGITAL

At KDIGITAL, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy complies with the Retail Trade Regulation Act and EU Distance Selling Regulations (Directive 97/7/EC).


How to Request a Return

You may return products under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product Received

  • Do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged. Note “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” on the courier’s receipt.
  • Within 48 hours of delivery, email contact@thekeydigital.store with:
    📸 Courier’s exterior label
    📸 Outer packaging photos (damage visible)
    📸 Opened box photos
    📸 Photos of damaged product(s)
    📸 Delivery note photo

We’ll arrange a free replacement and collect the damaged item.

2. Incomplete Order

Email contact@thekeydigital.store immediately with:
📸 Photo of the opened box showing missing items.

3. Defective Product or Shipping Error

We’ll process an exchange or refund.

4. Change of Mind (Within 14 Days)

  • You may return unopened, unused items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Customer covers return shipping (€6.99 deducted from refund).
  • Email contact@thekeydigital.store first—unapproved returns will be rejected.
  • Include:
    📸 Outer packaging photos
    📸 Unsealed product photos (with all accessories)

Processing Time

  • Returns typically processed within 6 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
  • Refunds issued within 8 days after approval (total ~14 days).

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-configured products (made to your specifications).
  • Services or digital products (e.g., software licenses).
  • Used, installed, or tampered-with hardware.
  • Products with modified/deleted OS.
  • In-store purchases without technical defects.
