Product received damaged<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refuse the delivery if the packaging shows visible damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write \u201cPACKAGE WITH VISIBLE DAMAGE\u201d on the carrier\u2019s delivery slip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send an email to contact@thekeydigital.store within 48 hours of delivery, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Carrier's outer label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Photos of the outer packaging (showing the damage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Photos of the box opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Photos of the damaged product(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Photo of the delivery receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will arrange for a free replacement and pickup of the damaged item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Incomplete order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please send an email to contact@thekeydigital.store immediately, attaching:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 A photo of the open box showing the missing items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Defective product or shipping error<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not remove the seal from the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send an email to contact@thekeydigital.store with the following information:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf8 Photos of the incorrect or defective item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will process the exchange or issue the corresponding refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
