Shipping Policy

Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place at the time the buyer, or the buyer's authorized representative, takes possession of the item.

All of our products are delivered digitally via an activation code.

Most product keys are issued automatically and are available immediately after the purchase is complete.

Instructions for finding your code:

If the product key does not appear on your order page, you will automatically receive it by email within one hour of your purchase (Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.).
